Tennis connects beyond place

Tennis connects - this excellent project which should be very well
known in Wels and Linz went into round four this year.

Again 300 handicapped children and children with special needs
had been supported in their abilities in a way of game, sport and
fun. In winter 2008/09 300 children from Linz and Wels benefited
from a free training of Klaus Burndorfer, trainer and owner of the
first-service tennis school.

This got possible by the engagement of initiator Manfred Nareyka
and the support of numerous sponsors. starlim//sterner appeared
as the main sponsor again, like the years before.

On June 19th, 2009 the children were allowed to show their lear-
ned  abilities and proved real team spirit. The annual event had to
be transfered into the tennis center, but the bad weather could not
dull any athmosphere. Quite the opposite: The children were full of enthusiasm, catched balls, and tried to shot letters and an over-
sized Hulk figure.

Like the years before, "Tennis connects" is a project full of enthus-
iasm and power - indeed, an initiative to support!
