PRODUCTION ENGINEER WITH A-LEVELS (KTLA)

Production engineers install, set and operate machinery and are responsible for the manufacture of products in perfect quality. Their tasks also include production plant maintenance, quality assurance and the optimisation of production procedures. These specialists are characterised by the precise and autonomous nature of their work, as well as a great sense of responsibility.

Apprenticeship period: 5 years

Vocational school: 3 x 10-week teaching blocks + 1 x 5-week block, Attnang Vocational School.
Certificate examination after 3 1/2 years, additional 2 days of teaching in the first three years at the TIZ Kirchdorf/Krems, weekly evening classes (HTL Linz) during the next 18 months. A-levels after five years.
