TRAINING CENTRE

35 years of apprentice training experience!
A company with a 35-year history of growth clearly requires a constant flow of qualified employees, which is reason enough for starlim//sterner to also continually raise the standard of its apprentice training. Consequently, as in the past, in future every motivated apprentice can expect employment within the company.

Thanks to the rotation principle utilised throughout the company (470 employees) training is entirely practice-related.

Apprenticeships with A-levels
Recently, a possibility has been created for attendance at a Higher College of Engineering parallel to the completion of a “Production Engineer” apprenticeship. Trained production engineers with A-levels (KTLA graduate) have numerous opportunities at starlim//sterner and with their comprehensive know-how are ideally suited to assignments in product development, system development and design.

Joint mission statement
“If you wish to build a ship, don’t gather people together to look for wood, prepare tools, allocate tasks and divide up the work. Instead, create a longing for the vast, endless ocean.”
