starlim at CHINAPLAS 2023
From April 17th to April 20th, 2023, the International Convention and Exhibition Center in Shenzhen held the 35th China International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition – “CHINAPLAS 2023”. During the exhibition, there were more than 3,900 domestic and foreign exhibitors, with the latest scientific and technological achievements and industry information, the themes of this exhibition are “Green, Intelligent, Advanced”. starlim produces silicone injection molding products in field of industry, life science and mobility industries, the production concept is consistent with “Green, Intelligent and Advanced.”
In terms of Green:
The raw material we use is Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) without toxic gas. Usually the solid silicone rubber produce pollutants, such as carbon dioxide and sulfide, but not exists in LSR. Currently, starlim Nantong plant is under construction, we have adopted the design of solar panels to reduce carbon emissions; besides, the factory has also adopted a series of energy-saving design solutions.
In terms of Intelligence:
Our production process is fully automatic. We have automated processes from feeding, packaging, storage to transportation through entire production process. Our engineers just need to keep eye on eight machines at the same time. Compared with the high proportion of manual production process, we can better control the working difference. Therefore, our entire production process is efficient and stable so as to achieve starlim philosophy of Zero Defect Quality Control System.
In terms of Advance:
Our team will continue to improve raw materials and molding. We have the ability to adjust and upgrade raw materials and molds; on the other hand, we have advanced concepts in order to match future needs of products; with “know-how”, we are able to independently develop new products and materials to inspire the partners of starlim.

Our latest concept product is a visual liquid silicone mask. The material is environmentally friendly and recyclable. At the same time, starlim’s high-precision molds and exquisite injection molding process achieved a high-permeability silicone mask. The user’s facial expressions can be clearly observed by others, and it is easier to shorten the distance between people during communication; the surface coating treatment of liquid silicone makes the touch of the mask close to the touch of human skin, which can make the user feel more comfortable when wearing it. In addition, the material of this mask can be added with fragrance, which can emit fragrance and be personalized according to the user’s preference. Visual liquid silicone masks can be widely used in many fields, such as the service industry and the medical industry, which is more conducive to conveying the user’s emotions and infecting customers.
