Previous PC simulations are now replaced by real-product practical tests. We use real components for the validation of product design, but we also use test plates for elongation tests to check dynamic material parameters and elongation. During plug-in tests for example we find out how much force must be applied for the installation of the product.
Leakage tests and long-term temperature and climate tests shorten development times and examine the functioning of the part even before it enters serial production. Ongoing tests during material development tell us of the general mechanical properties of various materials.
Furthermore, it is possible to generate time/function patterns within a short period of time.
